Sailor Pluto: Why would there be any confusion? All you need to do to find out whether something’s a planet or not is to measure the associated star seed. Planet senshi have planet-type star seeds, asteroid senshi have asteroid-type star seeds, and so on. I don’t understand why the International Astronomical Foundation of your universe couldn’t figure that out.
