Soldier 1: Fire the anti-aircraft guns, and–

Soldier 2: The plane’s going into a nosedive!

Soldier 1: –and take immediate evasive action!

He can’t be planning to crash into the ship! That would be crazy! / He’s moving too fast. There’s no escaping it. Our only hope now is that girl

Alucard: All this dramatic buildup had better be worth it.

Aw, c’mon, people, is nobody willing to guess out loud? Be brave!

If I promise a free cameo to the first person who gets it right, will that draw you out of your shells?

(Excluding Xuanwu, who has had a ton of appearances already anyway.)

Marlo Thomas?

Come one people! Guess! I’ve only ever seen the RoD movie, and I missed a few bits here and there. The only lady paper users I actually even know about are Readman and the three protagonists of the TV series. (note to self: Watch or Die.) Quite frankly, if it is any of those four options, I don’t want to know. As such, I can’t join in this contest. :ick:

Aw Erin… I LOVE to keep the suspense!

Walter’s daughter? Anita? Michelle? Yomiko’s evil twin?

Kazokuhouou on Wed Aug 12, 2009 9:35 pm

Blah blah guess blah blah Anita/ evil Ami/ Wammy Justice Club/ what the heck was she reading? 😆

*yeah, I’m not one for rational thought.*

Well I don’t really know the series, but… Yomiko? No, not evil twin Yomiko, just Yomiko. I mean, if Millennium can put the squeeze on Walter in Shine, they might very well have captured other persons as well. Of course from what little I do know I imagine that Yomiko would be more inclined to try and attempt a rescue, but as somebody else already mentioned all of the other female Paper Masters (whose existence I’m aware of) then there’s not much left.

Now if I were to look at it from an angle of “not justifying the only person left” then plot wise I think it’s more likely to be “Walter’s daughter”, Maggie. It’s already been said she’s in Millennium’s hands (though they could have been lying), and they might have installed a freak chip (and immolation device) in her.

Power wise, looking at the entry on the Read or Die wiki I’d say it’s most likely to be Michelle, as it states her specialty as being ranged weapons. Given how the other attempts at taking back the ship were foiled from a distance by paper, a specialist in long range paper combat makes the most sense.

Anita is right out. Well OK, I shouldn’t really say that, but she doesn’t have the same probability as the others. Plus the wiki states that she hates books (something I didn’t know was possible for a Paper Master), and the girl on the deck was apparently enjoying her book.

——————–

If I have to chose one though, I’d say the most likely is… Michelle. I already stated the power reason, and the hostage reasoning behind it possibly being Yomiko would work for her too. And while I don’t know anything about the TV series, I’m assuming that the Paper Sisters got along well enough that Millennium might not even have to take a new hostage.

Though as I made those reasonings based on very little knowledge, I’ve probably got it all wrong.

This is another awkward moment for me, because I still am unfamiliar with RoD.

The obvious choice is Walter’s daughter, but I know that from past experiences the obvious answer tends to get it’s butt kicked into next week and make me feel stupid within this forum. >_< So I'll pick a character that NO ONE's expecting and say that it's... GetBackers' Akabane who's been gender-swapped because of the Doc, because Alucard vs Dr. Jackal would be effing SWEET! 😀 (NOTE: This is a joke, but that fight WOULD be awesome...)

pfft, and no one gets the joke, reminding me once again how old i am…

(marlo thomas was the star of the 60’s tv show “That Girl”)

*shrugs* it seemed funny at the time…..

I’m guessing that it’s Walter’s daughter Maggie as well. If you look back to when she was shown for the first time( wayyyyy back lol) she’s shown dressed like Walter. Now that she’s with Millenium notice she is wearing the same as Dark Walter.

My guess way back when was it’s a I-jin of Donnie XD
