Pip: Hellsing R&D will think up and test new weapons for fighting vampires. Unconventional weapons. Creative weapons.

For example, take something that looks completely innocent, like…water balloons. We could turn them into vampire-slaying tools by filling them with holy water.

Seras: And then we haul them up into our tree fort and drop them on freaks, right?

Pip: Exactly! Now you’re getting it!

Pip’s plan, it is genius! Sheer, unadulterated genius!

Think about it, it’s the perfect sneak attack. Nobody in their right mind would do something like that, so nobody will see it coming. All they have to do is station Hellsing soldiers in trees across England each night and the vampire threat would be taken care of within a week. They can also give the soldier’s “Supersoakers” while they are up there, and reposition and sharpen a few select branches as well, and the vampire’s wouldn’t be able to counter attack either. All they need is a name for their elite strike force, something like Get Rid Of Slimy monsterS.

Ah, so you noticed a bit of Calvin & Hobbes influence in there, did you? =3

If Pip is Calvin and Seras is Susie, who’d be Hobbes? Best I can think of is Integra in a tight fitting tiger striped cat suit. XD

Oh my… 😮 😳 😮

adorable image, yet I just can’t see Pip carrying Integra around under the armpits, her limbs flailing madly about.

I think I would rather see Pip carry Ceras and Susie be Integra…Susie was such a bossy kind of thing anyway….’course…carrying Ceras like that would hurt her chest very quickly…

I noticed the Calvin and Hobbes influence too. I can recall a Calvin and Hobbes Sunday strip when they had signs telling someone to stand on a large X, the sign says “stand here and get a big surprise” while Calvin and Hobbes have a bunch of water balloons up in their fort.

As for the if Pip is Calvin and Seras is Susie, I would say that Hobbes is either Alucard or Walter.

I also like the artwork for the Hellsing Research and Developement plaque.

If Integra were Susie, wouldn’t that make Alucard Mr. Bun?
*fights the urge to laugh at this image*

Dont fight the urge MW…I laugh at Alucard all the time…especially tutucard.

There is just something happy about dressing him up silly…I think he would make a marvelous Mr Bun….nows goes off to dress Alucard up like a furry….

I would say that Anderson or Maxwell is Moe. While Rip is Rosalyn. The Major or Herr Doctor or Zorin Blitz is Ms. Wormswood. Yumiko/Yumie (more of Yumie though) and Heinkel or Integra and Walter are Calvin’s parents. Pip is Calvin, Seras is Susie, while Alucard is Hobbes.

I apologize if this is beating the joke too far.

Y’know, if you want to go by hair alone, there are eerie parallels: Seras is Calvin (yellow & spiky) and Pip is Hobbes (orange, and lots of it).

I love the idea of Anderson as Moe. And Alucard would be a hilarious Mr. Bun.

I always kanda thought of Pip as a tough version of Steve Dallas from Bloom County.

I would pay money for a pic of Integral in a tight fitting tiger stripe body suit. XD

Do not speak of money around artists, for they will send you a painting with a bill. And not a small one, either.

by Junior1210 on Mon Jan 08, 2007 3:30 pm

That’s ok because artists have to buy manga too, so I don’t mind paying for the good stuff if it is good stuff.

On second thought, while tiger stripes are good, the sailor uniforms would be even better, but perhaps I’ve said too much. 😎

I think FoxTrot might suit them quite well.

Pip is Peter
Seras as Paige
Alucard as Jason
Integra as…erm…what is Mme. Fox’s name? I don’t remember.
Walter as Roger

Seras and Integra can also switch roles since Mme. Fox has that weird health food thing going (read: vegetarian…well, not entirely) and Seras doesn’t drink blood.
