Nice work with the expressions there. I guess Integra knew what something like that meant, given the mix of shock and hurt I’m interpreting in the first panel from having somebody that close to her admit to treachery.

And with that expression on her face in the second panel Walter’s probably praying she doesn’t go one step further and run him through.

I think the first panel is her realizing that Walter’s been compromised (not by his own hand, though) and the second is her agreeing to the plan he just suggested and getting into character. They have a degree of symbiosis that she can infer the details from a few statements on his part. She knows if it doesn’t look like he tried to attack her and she fended him off, Millennium kills the daughter, so she needs to act like he did something that he didn’t do to keep the girl safe and trust that Walter can find a way out of the mess.
